Contact us
This site keeps one promise: every hard number carries its source and its date. So the most useful message you can send is the one that tells us a figure looks wrong — name the page and the number, and we re-check it against the source.
What we can help with
- A number looks wrong or out of date
- Press or media enquiry
- Partnership or advertising
- Privacy request (access, deletion, opt-out)
- Something else
For a privacy request you can also use your privacy choices, which works without emailing anyone.
What we can't help with
BillShocker is not an electricity supplier, not a broker, and not affiliated with any utility, grid operator, or government agency (see about). We cannot see your account, change your plan, explain a specific line on your utility bill, or arrange a refund — only your own utility or supplier can do that. Everything here is an estimate from official averages, not a quote.
You can always write to contact@billshocker.com directly. We read every message; we answer the ones we can act on first.
